What is your return policy?

Our main goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, return it within 30 days of your purchase in its original packaging and we will refund your money. 

Perishable items such as coffee are non refundable once opened but if you are not satisfied with the product, drop us a line at info@thepersistentdrip.ca and we will make it right.

Free local pickup

If you live in Toronto or surrounding area, you can pickup your order from our warehouse and save the shipping cost. Just use the FREETO code at checkout for shipping to be removed. This is for local pickup by you only and does not provide free shipping to you. 

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes. We are happy to accept orders from our friends to the south. Let's face it, with the exchange rate being what it is, you are getting a killer deal.

Do you ship internationally outside of North America?

Yes. Although we do not currently have the shipping option in the checkout page at this point, you can always email us at info@thepersistentdrip.ca and we will provide a shipping estimate on your order. If you choose to proceed, we will send an paypal invoice for the order amount and ship the package via our normal methods and provide you with tracking details and updates.

What shipping method do you use?

We ship Canada Post for orders shipping to Canadian addresses. Orders shipping to locations in the USA ship USPS. 

When can I expect to receive my order?

We ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them so depending on where you are located you will receive it according to standard shipping times from the respective carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can follow up on its status.

Do you sell ground coffee?

Not at this time. We believe coffee is at its best when ground right before brewing so we highly recommend investing in a grinder so you can get the most out of our awesome coffee beans. 

I hear freshly ground coffee is best. Do you sell grinders?
